How long does shipping take across Canada?+
Orders shipped from our Mississauga warehouse arrive in 3–5 business days across Ontario, 5–8 business days for the rest of Canada. Order before 3pm ET for same-day dispatch.
Is shipping really free?+
Yes — free standard shipping on all orders over $1,000 across Canada. No surprise oversize fees, no liftgate fees, no remote-area surcharges. Your $1,599 is your final cost (plus your provincial tax).
How hard is assembly?+
2 out of 5 difficulty. Most customers complete solo in 3–5 hours; with a second person, ~2 hours. The cable system is the trickiest part — lay everything out first and follow the diagram. We include a full assembly guide and our team is on the phone if you get stuck.
What if it arrives damaged?+
Our Damage-Free Delivery Guarantee covers you. Email a photo within 48 hours of receipt and we'll ship a replacement part free within 5 business days. No insurance to buy, no inspection fees.
Will it fit a standard 8-foot ceiling?+
Yes — the machine is 83 inches (6'11") tall, which gives you 13 inches of clearance under an 8-foot ceiling. Plenty of room for pull-ups for users up to about 6'2".
Can I finance the purchase?+
Yes. Use Shop Pay at checkout for 4 interest-free payments of $400, or pay monthly through Affirm starting at $89/month over 24 months. Both options are checked at checkout without affecting your credit score.
How does the warranty work?+
2-year warranty covering structural defects, welds, cables, and the pulley system. If a part fails under normal home use, we replace it free. Not covered: cosmetic wear, abuse, commercial use over 8 hrs/day.
Can I add more weight than the 75 lb stack?+
Absolutely. The pulley system's weight horns accept standard and Olympic plates. Adding 2× 45 lb plates gives you 165 lb total pull resistance through the 2:1 ratio. The Smith bar accepts 2-inch Olympic plates up to its 570 lb capacity.
Is local pickup really available?+
Yes — pick up from 7075 Tomken Road, Mississauga, ON. Usually ready in 4 hours after order. Note: the machine ships in 4 boxes (largest is ~6 ft × 2 ft × 8 in), so a pickup truck, van, or SUV with seats down is required.
What's the difference between 75 lb and 150 lb stack?+
75 lb is right for most home users — combined with the 2:1 pulley ratio and added plates, you get more than enough resistance for any cable exercise. The 150 lb stack is for heavy lifters who want maximum cable resistance without adding plates.
What's your return policy?+
30 days from delivery, in original unopened packaging. Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or wrong. Once we receive and inspect, refund is processed in 5–7 business days.
