How long does shipping take across Canada?
Orders shipped from our Mississauga warehouse arrive in 3–5 business days across Ontario, and 5–8 business days for the rest of Canada. Order before 3pm ET for same-day dispatch.

How does the warranty work?
Two years on parts and structure for residential use. Contact us with your order number and we ship replacement parts directly. Commercial use over 8 hours a day is not covered.
Is local pickup really available?
Yes, at 7075 Tomken Road in Mississauga. Order before 3pm for same-day pickup, or ready in 4 hours otherwise. We confirm by phone within 30 minutes of your order.
What's your return policy?
30 days from delivery. The item must be disassembled and repackaged. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of the return arriving back at our warehouse.
