1. Returns and Refunds

We offer a 30-day return and refund policy for eligible items. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days from the date of delivery, provided the item meets our eligibility criteria.
1.2 Restocking Fee
A 10% Order Cancellation & Processing Fee will apply to all eligible returns. This fee will be deducted from your refund amount.
2. How to Initiate a Return/Refund

To initiate a return/refund request, please visit our Contact Page and submit your request through the form provided.
2.2 Required Information
In your request, please provide the following information:
- Your full name
- Order number
- Item(s) you wish to return
- Reason for the return

3. Return Eligibility
3.1 Conditions for Return
To be eligible for a return and refund, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be in its original, unopened packaging.
- The return request must be initiated within 30 days from the date of delivery.
- The item must be in the same condition as when it was received.
- Final sale items are not eligible for returns or refunds.

4.1 Free Return Shipping
We offer free return shipping for all eligible returns.
4.2 Exceptions
Free return shipping does not apply if the return is due to reasons unrelated to our error (e.g., change of mind). In such cases, you are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping.
