How does a bundle ship — together or separately?
Every item in the bundle is picked, packed and shipped from our Mississauga warehouse as one order. You'll get a single set of tracking details.
Is shipping really free?

Can I finance the bundle?

Two years on parts and structure for residential use. Contact us with your order number and we ship replacement parts directly. Commercial use over 8 hours a day is not covered.
What's your return policy?
30 days from delivery. Items must be disassembled and repackaged. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of the return arriving back at our warehouse.
